I started Employee Leasing Quotes.com ten years ago because there weren’t any independent Employee Leasing/ PEO brokers who would find out the needs of the business first– and then work on a solution. Instead, employers would have to take the time to visit with multiple employee leasing companies, roll the dice on what looked like made the most sense and then hope it worked out.
I had been working in the payroll and insurance industries and noticed that while many employers loved outsourcing with employee leasing services, the common complaint was that they were paying for services they would never use, or needed services their current provider didn’t offer. Competing against and knowing these employee leasing companies extremely well gave me the idea of working with them to connect the services that an employer was searching for with an employee leasing provider who could deliver those benefits.
People liked the idea of having someone they could talk to about their problems or needs with, instead of dealing with a hard sell from someone who has an agenda.
I get excited each time I get the opportunity to help a business owner improve their business and enjoy talking about the day to day issues that affect how they work.
