Ten years ago, I started
Employee Leasing Quotes.com in Sebastian, Florida. I was working for a payroll company at
the time and regularly met with business owners using employee leasing services. While many loved outsourcing all the administrative tasks, the most common problem I heard most was they were paying for services that they would never use, or needed services their current provider
didn’t offer.
Competing against and knowing these employee leasing companies extremely well, gave me the idea of working with them to connect the services that an employer was searching for, with an employee leasing provider who could deliver those benefits. People liked the idea of someone finding out their needs first and then working on a solution, instead of someone trying to fit their services into every business. Instead of dealing with a hard sell where details sometimes get glossed over, they’d receive an independent analysis – from someone who didn’t have a quota or agenda.
I get excited each time I get the opportunity to help a business owner improve their business and I gain more knowledge about the day to day issues that affect a variety of industries.
